Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field or the equivalent with seven plus years experience in providing technical assistance in promoting national and provincial levels technical competency in pharmaceutical management information systems.
• He/she needs to have five plus years experience with computerized system development , implementation & capacity building and two plus years of overseeing entire product development and implementation of systems.
• The candidate needs to demonstrate knowledge of data warehousing , Business Intelligence and data visualization considerations , monitoring and evaluation, data analysis
• S/he should have strong experience in providing training , setting up training programs and workshops .
• The successful candidate needs to be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal , facilitation , relationship-building , negotiating and influencing skills .
• S/he should work with minimal supervision under tight timeless and be available to travel internationally .
• The ability to speak French /Portuguese/Spanish will be an added advantage .
