Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend to project Affected Person (PAPs)
Compile a monthly list of frequently asked questions
Assist to put PAPs and any other progress reports together
Assist when requested to organise meetings and take minutes of meetings
Actively seek out information not readily available
Communication and Teamwork :
Ensure that there is effective flow of information within the team
Assist the PM to oversee the activities in the Communication Center
Ensure that video / audio copies of meetings are well kept to act as evidence of what was agreed.
Be a part of the team and respect team members for their differing contribution to the team

General:
Assist colleagues in as necessary during high workloads
Perform any other duties as reasonably requested
Prioritize work to ensure that urgent and important work is completed involvement in adhoc projects

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant should hold a relevant Bachelor's Degree
Technical Competencies:
Attention to detail
Technical capability
Understanding of technical standard (s)
Project delivery
Familiarity with relevant software
Excellent analytical skills
