Job Title : MARKETING CONSULTANTS
Tasks
- To conduct a value chain analysis for various agricultural and non agricultural commodities produced in the settlements and host communities
- To conduct an end market analysis for commodities produced in the settlements in the host communities
- To carry out market stake holder analysis
- To develop appropriate indicators for measuring progress in the market competitiveness
- To develop a marketing strategy
Personal specifications
- Proven experience in designing successful commodity marketing concept
- Proven knowledge and experience in designing and developing and business institutional plans
- Over all experience should be seven years experience
Basic qualification;
- Advanced degree preferably at masters level in the relevant field from a recognized local or international university
Vocational skills consultants
Tasks
- To document existing and potential vocational skills among refugees and host communities
- To asses the impact of existing vocational skills interventions on refuge livelihood
- To develop appropriate indicators for measuring progress in vocational skills development in livelihood
Personal specifications
· Proven experience in design of vocational skills training a curricula and monitoring plans
· Proven experience in research and evaluation of vocational skills programs
· Overall experience is 7 years
Basic qualifications
Advanced degree preferably masters level in a relevant field from a recognized institution
