NTV-UGANDA requires highly motivated and results oriented individuals who will work under minimal supervision and deliver sales and collection targets in set time lines in the Advertising Department.
Agency Account Manager (1)
Direct Sales Executives (2)
Reporting to the Business Manager (Agency Sales) or Business Manager (Direct Sales) respectively; the Individuals filling the vacancies in the Advertising Department will be responsible for:
Managing and growing advertising revenues from nominated agencies or direct clients respectively.
Developing, maintaining and increasing a solid client base by, selling advertising airtime and commercial productions and providing an effective service to clients so as to maximize broadcasting sales volumes and revenue targets.
Ensuring that total customer service and client relationships is maintained at times.
Pitching for new business with innovative advertising solutions to maximize on revenue generation.
Driving the collection process to ensure no credit exceeds the limit period.
Person specifications:
Are you a graduate with a basic university degree?
Can you work and deliver under pressure?
Do you have clout and skill of persuasion?
Do you have experience in TV/Radio Sales?
Can you ably pitch a sale and close one?
Are you an excellent communicator or fluent speaker?
Do you have in-depth understanding of the media industry in Uganda?
