About this Job:
The National Cooperative Business Association – CLUSA Uganda is seeking highly qualified individuals to support a three-year United States Department of Agriculture funded project to increase smallholder farmers’ incomes through adoption of conservation agriculture techniques in Uganda. CLUSA Uganda is seeking individuals for the following positions:
Requirement:
Bachelors Degree in agricultural business with a minimum of 5 years experience; knowledge in crops production (maize and beans a plus) along the entire value chain, rural financing opportunities, work planning and budgeting for field activities, supervising field staff, and highly results oriented with the ability to liaise effectively with government counterparts and industry stakeholders.
