Job Title: Integrity Manager REF HO. UM/SF/04/03/12

About this Job:


Job Purpose


Responsible for the development of the Integrity function including the conduct of investigations and prosecutions-and for the management of security services in UMEME


Key Responsibilities:


•      Lead the development and delivery of Umeme anti-corruption policies and plans


•      Develop and manage integrity policies, systems and procedures


•      Provide support to Revenue Protection Unit in terms of security, investigations and prosecution


•      Develop security policies and procedures and manage overall security requirements for the organisation at all levels including


•      Manage Umeme employee ID protocols and ensure the integrity of the system is sustained »     Manage Umeme Prosecution service


•      Manage Umeme “Corruption Hotline” and integrity policies such as Whistle-blower Policy «     As a member of senior management contribute to the development and delivery of overall Umerne strategies


Requirement:
Required Qualifications and experience:

•     A relevant university degree or equivalent internationally recognized professional qualification

•     A Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a senior management position preferably in a utility or business with similar range and complexity
