Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Medicine and Surgery
• At least 2 years of post-qualification professional experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in verbal and written English and Luganda
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Recruitment of study participants
• Staff training
• Study implementation
• Medical management of study participants
• Ensure participant safety and confidentiality
Essential Functions:
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and self motivated
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience/ Education/ training
• Good clinical practice training
• Ethics training
• Knowledge of regulatory procedures
