Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the production assests to ensure daily availability, reliability and quality;
Facilitate corrective maintenance and work assessment process;
Manage the execution of the preventative mantenance plan;
Ensure quality Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process;
Provide information for Capex projects and oversee implementation;
formulate and manage the packaging maintenance budget;
Implement focused improvement intiatives;
Manage and develop staff.
Skills, Experience & Education:
At least a Degree in Mechanical or Production or Industrial engineering.
A minimum of three (3) years' experience in FMCG in maintenance of production equipment with at least two (2) years in a Supervisory role.
General:
Must possess good analytical ability, problem solving, financial and leadership skills.
Must be result oriented, assertive, flexible and decisive
