Job Description
McLeod Russel Uganda Limited (MRUL), Uganda’s largest tea producer and exporter, owns tea plantations and processing factories in the following districts: Bushenyi, Kabarole, Kyenjojo, Kibale and Hoima. MRUL is owned by McLeod Russel India Limited, the largest tea plantation business in the world. The company seeks to recruit highly motivated, results oriented and dynamic candidates for Management Trainee Positions.
There is no advantage accruing from previous employment, since fresh graduates are specifically encouraged to apply. Successful applicants will under-go an intensive on-job 2-year training programme, which is aimed at developing and producing senior managers of the future.
After successful completion of this training, individuals will immediately occupy positions in the following areas:-
1: Field or Factory Management (5 Positions)
2: Accounting (1 Position)
Serious applicants should be holders of University Degrees respective to the positions mentioned above: Agriculture & Food Science Technology and Accounting.
