FLEET COORDINATOR
Location: Kampala.
Primary Function: To ensure punctual coordination and safe transportation Company staff and property at all times.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure a punctual and well planned time table for the drivers and cars available on a daily, weekly, monthly basis; or as required.
• Ensure vehicles are in good mechanical condition and a fueled in time.
• Plan, direct and coordinate transit systems.
• Prepare cost analysis, periodic management and operational reports.
• Timely coordination of all the travel schedules in the various Departments.

Requirement:
Requirements:
•.Bachelor’s Degree/ Higher Diploma majoring in Mechanics or equivalent
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• At least 2 years experience in transport coordination in middle-large scale Organizations.
• Good knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
• Good knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Transportation in Uganda.
• Safety awareness for multinational Companies.
