Main Job Responsibilities:
Direct the development and implementation of personnel and administration policies and procedures to enable the establishment of an appropriate working environment and to secure the company’s manpower requirements. Establish, develop and manage a range of critical personnel services and activities including: technical training and development, employee relations and communications, job evaluation, compensation and benefits, human resources administration. Ensure the recruitment, development and motivation of staff to achieve the full implementation of the company’s plans and objectives for nationalization of the work force.
Qualifications and experience:
• University degree or equivalent. ’
• Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, at least 5 of which have been in the oil and gas industry.
• Good knowledge of petroleum exploration & production professional disciplines.
• Highly developed organizational and management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
