Main Job Responsibilities:
Ensure training program execution and co-ordination. Obtain and prepare nominations for courses, evaluate proposal courses and carry out post course assessments. Follow up on completed training and review results on an overall basis, in terms of content, delivery and deviation. Provide feedback to the concerned departments and stakeholders and assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets for training and making submissions for future training or development needs.
Qualifications and experience:
• University degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years experience in personnel administration and training in oil & gas industry.
• Knowledgeable in competency assessment systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
