ILF is currently seeking to recruit M&E officers for its office in Lira.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated experience in designing program specific M&E tools
Minimum of university/college degree and 3 years relevant experience
Excellent analytical thinking, communication and presentation skills
Excellent computer skills
Experience in WASH and Environment programs is an added advantage
