Job Title: Documentation and Information Officer

Documentation and Information Officer – 1 position
Summary of position
Reporting to the Programme Quality and Learning Coordinator, the Documentation and information offer key role will be to support the impact measurement and knowledge management (M&E aspect) within the programme quality and learning component plus utilization of multimedia/ICT
Key Responsibilities and tasks
Application of multimedia in documentation of evidence based Monitoring & Evaluation • Managing multimedia projects like photography, filming, producing videos • Compile good practices, Most Significant Changes & support researches and surveys • Responsible for information management and maintaining a resource centre for the programme for easy accessibility and institutional memories • Responsible for designing visibility products like interactive video clips, fliers, brochures, reports plus maintaining program web link and creating/maintaining social media accounts • Support the Programme quality and learning unit in monitoring programme performance and impacts.
Requirement:
A minimum requirement of a degree in Mass communication or Journalism, Library and information science or Information Science and Technology
2 -5 years experience in information and records management
 Proven experience in videographer/photography is required • Knowledge of multi-media platform and software (adobe Photoshop, premier pro)
Creativity and new-media savvy • Knowledge of IT and data management e.g. website maintenance and social networking
A team player with excellent inter personal, communication, training, presentation, Planning, organising, Supervision analytical and Leadership skills.
