• First rate Ugandan professional with diploma in civil Engineering .
• Hands –on experience at site
• Ability to drive performance on site , ensure high quality workmanship at site and maximize efficiency of labor force and materials .
• Compliance to specifications for all works.
• Control of materials wastage and pilferage
• Ability to monitor and control progress and scheduling
• Monitor and control all costs on a project .
• Coordinate efforts of all the subcontractors and supplies associated with the project
