Job Description
REPORTING TO: General Manager
WORKSTATION: Head office with frequent visits to regional outlets
EDUCATION, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology with certified trainings in databases, computer programming.
Holder of CCNA, MCP (Windows/Exchange Server) and/or A+ certifications is a distinct advantage.
A minimum of three (3) yean of experience in networking environment (LAN/WAN) and network/desktop support.
Experience with Windows Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 7), MS Office |2010) Antivirus Software and IT utilities and experience in the administration of Windows Servers 2003/2008) and Exchange Servers 2003/2O10) in a multi-site environment, TCP/IP, Cisco devices.
