Job Title: Manager Research and Evaluation
Reports to: Head of Program Support Services
Key Qualifications
A degree in a relevant field e.g Development, demography, social sciences and public Health or statistics with further training in monitoring and Evaluation
Experience
At least 5 years experience working in market research, social research or program evaluation and monitoring including design of systems and tools, Data analysis and writing
A clear understanding of contemporary program /issues and programs issues particularly those related to the field of communications HIV/AIDS, Health and institutional Development
Knowledge and Ability
Logical frame work approaches
M&E approaches and methods including quantitative , qualitative and participatory those related to the field of communications and HIV/AIDS, health and institutional development
Knowledge and Ability
Five years working experience in a related field market research
