Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executives

Job Description

Sales and Marketing Executives, – Central, Eastern, Western, and Northern Uganda
Reports to: Regional Managers
Objective:
Drive sales and marketing of company products and services through identifying/selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients. The main objective is to work closely with all departments and management to ensure that their marketing and sales plans align with overall business objectives to ensure expansions and generating new business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting Marketing Managers in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities.
Developing and maintaining sales proposals and collateral, desktop publishing, rate cards, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing.
Executing a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, outbound calls, marketing trade shows and events, public relations, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
Writing and maintaining content and providing monthly updates to company website.
Producing quarterly newsletter and distributing it to email marketing list of company.
Executing and analyzing results of advertisement and marketing campaigns.
Perform any other duties as directed and assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
A qualification in business, marketing, organizational development or related field.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and outlook.
Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Effective project management skills with a sound understanding of marketing principles.
Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals.
Plan decisions and practice good judgment.
Self-motivated with creative Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, confident, energetic, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales.
Communicate excellently in verbal and in writing with all kinds of people.
