Job Description
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be able to,
Manage Human Resources.
Manage Plant, process and Systems.
Manage Financial Performance.
Translate and Implement Manufacturing Strategies.
Facilitate team problem solving and decision making.
Lead and drive sustainable development targets.
Manage safety, housekeeping and environmental standards management level
Model the SAB Miller manufacturing way principles and practices and lead the change process.
Personnel Specifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
Minimum working experience of not less than 5 years in a similar environment.
Good Knowledge of Utilities Plants & Processes i.e. Steam, Air, C02, Diesel.
Generator, Water Treatment, Waste Water Treatment & Refrigeration and the Maintenance thereof.
Should be self-motivated, result oriented, good team player and good team leader.
Understands budget and budget controls.
Excellent spoken and written English language and computer skills.
Good skills of trouble shooting and problem solving.
Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
Innovative and work with minimum supervision.
Stock Management and Inventory control.
