Job Title: Head of Finance and Administration
The African Network for the Prevention and Protection against Child Abuse and Neglect (ANPPCAN) Uganda Chapter is a national child focused organization working to protect and promote the rights of children in Uganda.
ANPPCAN-Uganda seeks to recruit competent dynamic and creative individuals to join her team of passionate child advocacy professionals in the following positions:
Position: Head of Finance and Administration
Reports to: Executive Director
Duty Station: Kampala with periodic travel upcountry
Purpose of the position:
The position holder will support the Executive Director in ensuring efficient and effective utilization of the organization’s human and financial resources in accordance with ANPPCAN’s policies and procedures; provide overall leadership to the Finance and Administration team of the organisation, maintain a sound and optimal Human resources management system and environment in the organisation, support the Executive Director in the overall management of the organization as part of the organization’s senior management team and ensure smooth day-to-day administration of the ANPPCAN Secretariat.
