Job Requirements:
University Research Co., LLC (URC), a US-based public health organization working in Uganda.
Responsibilities
Oversee procurement processes , including review of purchase requisitions, supplier selection, negotiations , purchase and delivery forms , coordinate with community-based structures to generate demand for V/SMMC and HIV preventions services.
Surpport hospital management teams to develop structures for engaging hospital-based volunteers in improved linkages in care
Receive orders from project staff , ensuring the follow up of the local purchases supplied , payments , and delivery confirmation .
Arrange for appropriate supplies and transporters for deliveries .
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Procurement . Relevant post-graduate qualifications will be of added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of project administrative support experience , preferably with USAID –funded programs
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
