The position reports to the National Sales Manager Mobile Money
The main purpose of the job is: -
To ensure acquisition and management of corporate client accounts.
Ensure resolution of queries/needs of corporate clients.
Prime responsibilities of the position:
Execution of Mobile Money in Corporate segments.
Acquisition of corporate clients for use of MM functionalities.
Account management of existing and new corporate clients.
Ensure quality service delivery to various corporate segments.
Ensure resolution of client queries.
The applicant must possess the following:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Economics.
Proper understanding of corporate segment, its operation and requirements for different clientele.
Understanding of Fast Moving Consumer Goods model needs from a Corporates management perspective.
Experience dealing with Corporate segment.
Communication and supervisory skills.
