Qualifications
• An Honors Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication or Journalism or Arts plus a minimum of a post graduate Diploma in any of the above fields from a recognized University .
• She should have detailed knowledge of public advocacy theory and practice , excellent analytical written and verbal skills.
Duties
• Supervising the development of required advocacy material in print and electronic form in order to encourage public advocacy
• Understanding any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably required by the commissioner , leadership development and management
