Job Title: Clinical Officer
Nile Breweries Limited, a leading beverage company in Uganda, a subsidiary of SABMiller, and also recognized as the Best Employer 2004,2005 and 2009- the second largest brewing group in the World seeks to recruit highly motivated, results oriented and dynamic candidates for the post below:-
Clinical Officer Duty station: Mbarara
Requirement:
The ideal candidate should be able to,
Conduct clinical assessment of patients and treat them
Refer patients who will need further medical evaluation and treatment
Supervise and develop staff
Manage cost of health care
Manage emergencies
Manage clinic drug and supplies
Deliver first aid services across the Brewery
Promote Employee health
Personnel Specifications
A diploma in Clinical Medicine is required.
Three years' experience as a head of health unit preferably NGO or Company clinic.
Valid registration with Allied professional council.
Able to work under Pressure.
Should be self-motivated, result oriented, ethical, and a good team player.
Excellent spoken and written English language and computer skills.
Innovative and work with minimum supervision.
