Job Title: Principal Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Job Description:
Uganda  Electricity Transmission Company  Limited  is responsible  for  bulk  purchase of electricity from  the generating companies  throughout  Uganda.

Job Requirements:
Key Result Areas
•    Revise  the project  log frame matrix, particulary in the areas of the objective hierarchy, indicators    and monitoring mechanisms.
•     Develop the overall  framework for  project M&E , for example , annual project reviews,  participatory impact assessments, process  monitoring , operations monitoring  and lessons –learned  workshops
•    Guide the process  for identifying  and designing  the key indicators  for each component , to record and report physical  progress against  plan.
Qualifications
•    University  degree in Engineering  or Business Administration .
•    At least five years  of proven experience  with  the logical  framework approach  and other  strategic  planning approaches;
•    M&E  methords  and approaches  (including quantitative and qualitative  and participatory);
