Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
• To strengthen and improve the monitoring and evaluation system within the districts to ensure that the project implementation is in line with National Strategic Plans , policies and Guidelines
• This is achieved through continuously mentoring health workers and community based health structures in data collection ,
• Records management and developing , maintaining and updating a database.
Qualifications
• Degree or training in Environment health , bio-statistical analysis , data management , or relevant fields.
• Professional training in M&E and at least 4 years experience designing and implementing participatory project M&E systems .
• Experience in operations research will be an added advantage .
