Job Title: Regional Coordinator
World Vision Uganda is a Christian Relief , development and advocacy Non-governmental Organization dedicated to working with children.
Responsibilities
• Working together with the district Local Governments, build capacity of the districts through training a cadre of resource persons in the region especially Village Health Teams to carry out set activities .
• Provide ongoing program technical support , supervision , guidance , motivation to ensure effective performance and relation of trained project volunteers .
• Work with target districts to develop and implement flexible work plans within available resources and budgets
Skills
• Bachelors degree in Social work , public health or other relevant health or social science discipline.
• Demonstrated experience of at least five years developing and implementing HIV/AIDS programs
• Experience in working HIV/AIDS programming activities will be an added advantage
