Job Description:
The Ministry of Water and Environment is recruiting interested candidates to fill the vacant post above .
Job Requirements:
Key Result Areas
• Present the draft budget members, assumptions , activities to stakeholders for buy-in and approval
• Support the implementation and monitor implementation versus budget and flag variances for action whilst enforcing compliance with the budgeting process and execution .
• Assist project Coordination Unit in provision of funds and facilitate in procurement process for implementation of approved plans and make efforts for timely provision of funds for program activities .
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Commerce , Finance , Business Administration or its equivalent .
• Registered qualified member with full professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA and CPA.
• A Masters degree in the relevant field will be an added advantage .
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong analytical and strategic skills
