People and Culture Assistant – 1 Position based in Kampala.

Main responsibilities:
The successful candidate will report to the People and Culture Manager and will provide general administrative support to the People and Culture (P&C) department and manage the People and Culture information system in line with the organization’s policies and procedures.

Requirement:
Essential Competencies:
A minimum of a degree in Human Resource Management or any other related discipline
At least’, two years’ experience in Human Resource work in a large organization
Computer skills in Microsoft Office and the Internet
Knowledge of Computerized HR information systems is an added advantage
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and handle highly sensitive and confidential information
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
