Job Title: CONSUMER PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR

CONSUMER PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR
Reporting to: Brand and Communications Manager.

Requirement:
Good communications skills to deal with people at all levels and backgrounds.
Strong interpersonal skills Good at public presentations
Good organizational skills Good at decision-making Personal commitment to meet or exceed all targets and objectives
Ability to present compelling business cases for major investment in marketing
Ability to work with teams and lead teams to achieve business objectives
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
Experience working with and managing relationships with external agencies and 3rd party agencies.

Applicants must have
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum of Three years' experience Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
A good understanding of pricing and profitability models Duties and Responsibilities To implement and analyze the success of consumer marketing campaigns and advertisements.
Work with the market research team to develop product case studies, consumer behavior analysis, and interpret the available statistics to fit into the overall marketing strategy.
Develop and implement tactical consumer promotions mainly BTL to drive product uptake and increase ARPU.
Manage online marketing campaigns and publish write ups on blogs and social networking websites.
Actively participate in all product launches, press meetings and all relevant company events.
Ensure adequate product merchandising at all consumer touch points in the market.
Provide weekly / monthly reports on all consumer segments performance by product / promotion.
Develop monthly updates of pricing sheets, data sheets and keep an update about price changes.
Provide input in building the monthly marketing newsletters and use latest technology for achieving a greater audience.
Represent the company in corporate events, industrial meets, trade shows and marketing conferences.
Continuously update the balanced score card system for evaluating the quality of all products, consumer satisfaction levels and internal operation systems.
Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with all cross functional departments, merchandise inventory stock check; placing orders; & verifying receipt.
Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
