The company is seeking to strengthen its staffing position in order to efficiently execute its security activities. Applications are therefore invited from qualified, self-motivated and competent Ugandans to fill vacant positions as indicated below:-
Job Title : Training Instructors (20 positions)
Reporting to: Human Resource Manager
Main duties and responsibilities:
To mobilize, vet, recruit, and train security personnel as per Saracen syllabus.
Liaise with the police in regards to Training, as well as syllabus matters.
Carry out other assignments as will be detailed in the job description.
Requirement:
Minimum academic qualification of Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (S.6)
Should have undergone training and qualified in an Instructors course.
Should have at least 3 years background experience as an Instructor preferably with UPDF/Police/Prisons
Must have a certificate of discharge from the forces where he/she served.
Must be fluent in the use of English language, both oral and written.
Must be physically fit and ready to work in any part of Uganda.
Must be between 30-55 years of age.
