Job Title: Assistant Program Manager (position 01)

Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing programme implementation as per the agreement with MasterCard Foundation. Here the roles will include among others;

Support the implementation of all activities (Scholar selection and recruitment, educational support, comprehensive student support services, network of high quality instltutions and alumni network) according to keydeliverables agreed with MasterCard Foundation
Support financial management and accountability for the programme
Ensure efficient and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders regarding the programme
Support Program Manager to establish and malntain liaison with existing and potential program partners and explore potential partnerships tor the benefit of the program
Take over responsibilities of the Program Manager when required Supervise the Regional Coordinators working on the scholarship programme
Any other task assigned to achieve the vision of the agenda
Reporting and analysts of various program initiatives. Here the roles will include among others;

Analyse information on various program initiatives to assess impacts Prepare program reports
Ensure cross learning with other programs and work in partnership with all BRAC youth programs
Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must have a Master Degree in social sciences.

• More than OS years working experience with development management expertise (and this should be in the education sector, specifically in secondary education, and or working with young people,

• Experience of working in a multicultural environment.
