HEALTH & SAFETY TRAINEE

Location:

Mobilized to Albert Lake, construction sites,

Kampala or other cities if required.

Primary function:

Provide Safety policies, plans and

procedures advice and supervision in field activities.

Responsibilities:
Assist and coordinate Initiatives for development of health and safety culture in field.
Manage and keep up to date filed emergency management plan, coordinate and follow up emergency response drills.
Coordinate implementation of risk management plans, engage other disciplines and coordinate the identification and mitigation of potential health and safety hazards.
Coordinate and provide health & safety training for field employees and contractors.
Periodic reporting on EHS activities and EHS performance indicators in field activities.
Participate in health and safety incident investigations

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, safety/environment or the related.
Graduates or experienced in oil & gas industry.

Knowledge:
knowledge of QHSE system making and reviewing.
Knowledge ol Chinese and international QHSE laws, regulations and criteria.
Knowledge of the process and technology of HSE management.
