Job Description:
SOS Children’s Villages Uganda is a member of SOS Kinderdorf International, a worldwide, independent, non-governmental social development organization that has been working to meet the needs and protect the interests and rights of children since 1949. We seek to recruit a visionary, strategic and dynamic individual as a National Director to provide strategic and operational leadership to SOS Children’s Village, Uganda in line with the organizational mandate and the set policies and guidelines.

Minimum job specifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Development Studies or a related Social science discipline,
• A Master’s Degree in the same field will be an added advantage,
• 10 years’ experience in NGO or Similar sector supporting children and community work with at least 5 years at Senior Management level,
• Experience in dealing with and relating with the Board of Trustees/ Directors of an organisation,
• Fluency in English language,
• Readiness to travel nationally and internationally
