Duties and Responsibilities:
• The job holder will be responsible for optimizing production performance and processes
• Also responsible for administration
• Manager human resources
• Maintain safe, healthy and risk free working environment
• Lead the application of the Manufacturing Way principles and practices in own area.
• Work in teams
• Report writing
• Attainment of sales targets, product availability, customer service, product promotion and market development of a given sales territory
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• The applicant should possess a bachelor’s of science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2-3 years of relevant experience as a process operator OR process artisan OR packaging trainee who has completed their traineeship.
• Excellent report writing skills
• Computer literacy skills i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel an added advantage
• Ability to work independently
• Strong PC skills and good analytical skills
• Good numeracy skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Highly proactive, self initiative, highly motivated, results-oriented, ambitious and disciplined
• High energy, balanced personality, innovative thinking and good orientation
• Excellent communications skills i.e. both written and spoken
