Summary: POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for Incremental revenues through Usage Enhancement activities (Cross Sell Upsell) , and proactive Retention activities using  consumer Insights & advance analytics and  Campaign Management. Strategizing CSD including Service Marketing and maximizing 'Customer Lifecycle Value'

Description: KEY RESULT AREAS
•Incremental Revenues using U&R Construct
•Automatic Campaign Management platform & programs
•Churn Retention
•Strategizing customer facing Marketing Processes eg Lead Management, Customer Communication & Campaign contact processes etc
•Leading BI & Consumer Insights Roadmap & Technology Partner Management
•Ensuring requisite Platform/functionality is built
Responsible for
•Identification of  cross sell & upsell opportunities Incremental Revenues through Cross Sell Upsell  and reducing Churn as per agreed AOP
•To define the Campaign Management  Roadmap and drive its implementation and usage across all SBU and functions
•Delivery of defined Roadmap and gearing Technical & IT organisation for the same
•Proactive Initiatives  to minimise usage Churn &  To create stickiness with acquired customer to become the preference network in the long run
•To ensure higher up sell efficiency with relevant offering basis exhibited  customer usage need, sharper targeting, faster campaign creation and execution allowing higher throughput / time saving and systematic tracking of campaigns enabling  precise customer profiling and improved target selection
•Business Lead for all National Initiatives pertaining to  Campaign Management, Lead Management & Campaign Analytics platform/capability development, Functionality/platform rollout, Circle user Training, Operational consistency etc
•Customer Retention and maximise 'Customer Life Cycle Value'  
•CSD policy strategising including service marketing, Campaign management and retention execution   is CRM responsibility however backend  and Service marketing execution would remain CSD responsibility
•Ensuring Requisite System capability, Performance & user management
KEY INTERACTIONS

Internal
All Marketing & CSD verticals and Finance Business Strategy & Revenue settlement team (Content, Interconnect & Roaming)
IT Operations Team
Purpose
Input for the customization / Launch of Products
Ensuring specific business rules updation and proper support & requisite Training to BIU for campaign execution.
External
IT Partners i.e. OCS
Purpose
Managing specific analytics and refresh of standard reports & Analytics

Requirements: Qualification

•Either one of them should be from premier College.
