Summary: POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for sales and revenue growth in a designated region of operation through the management of the different retail and distribution channels and providing direction in the areas of infrastructure development and process enhancement within the region.

Description: KEY RESULT AREAS
Responsible for
•GSM Customer acquisition and revenue growth
•Warid Pesa Agent, Retailers and customer acquisition
•Sales team management
•Distribution management and retail growth
•Coordination with-in the region to ensure smooth process of Sales.
•Liaison with marketing for business development and sales promotions.
•Maintain cell sites usage patterns and plan accordingly.
•Stock monitoring.
•Trade visits and accompaniments
•Sales of equipment and new products
•Monitor all new sales promotions to ensure their success in the region
•Counseling sessions to identify individual motivators and keeping up the morale.
•Opening up of POS within the region for better penetration.
•Visiting all business distributors and retailers for smooth operations.
•Conduct team building exercise for better and improved Teamwork.
•Monitor distributor operations providing support for their day-to-day activities and target achievement within the region.

Requirements: Qualification
Desired
•Business related degree with an MBA as an added advantage
•Either one of them should be from premier College.
Experience
Desired
•Not less than 5 years FMCG sales and distribution experience.

•Any Reputed FMCG organisation
