Various Job Vacancies at Bank of Uganda

Job DescriptionBank of Uganda is the Central Bank of the Republic of Uganda. The primary purpose of the Bank is to foster price stability and a sound financial system. Together with other institutions, it plays a pivotal role in upholding international best practice in creating a conducive environment for macro-economic stability.

 Bank of Uganda seeks to recruit suitably qualified, self-driven and result-oriented individuals to fill the following vacancies.



1. Job Title: Risk and Compliance Department

a)  Head, Operational Risk Division, (Assistant/Deputy Director) One Position 
b) Head, Operational Risk Section, (Senior/Principal Banking Officer) One Position

2. Job Title:  Administrative Services Department

 a) Head, Contracts Management Unit, (Senior Banking Officer I/II) One Position 


3. Job Title: Human Resource Department

   a) Administrative Assistant, (Administrative Assistant I/II) Six Positions

Attachments to the applications MUST include scanned copies of academic and professional certificates, transcripts, and a detailed curriculum vitae which should include name of three (3) professional referees and their contacts.

The maximum size of attachment is 500kb but multiple documents of sizes smaller than 500kb can be attached.
