Job Description
Reports to: Chairperson L.C 111

Qualifications:
 • Hons. B (SS), Development Studies, Law, B.Com( Management Science or urban planning & Management from a recognized University
 • Certificate in Adm Law from a recognized university
 • A PGD in public Admn and Management or Urban Plnanning and Management, Development Studies, or finance and accounting
 • 6 years experience, 3 at senior township Officer or Sen. Assistant Town Clerk in government or equivalent from a reputable organization

Duties:
 • Managing and coordinating the implementation of national policies, regulations, programmes, projects and Council decisions in the town council.
