ICEA_UGANDA is a subsidiary company of Insurance Company of East Africa (ICEA) Kenya limited and is looking to recruit commission-based Insurance Agents.
Description:
Reporting to the Unit Manager, Life and Pensions Agency, the role is responsible for building and establishing a strong brand identity for ultimate sales and profitability performance.
Key Accountabilities
Identify markets, schedule meetings with potential clients and follow up on the developed accounts.
Provide a consultative approach to create an innovative solution(s) that best fits the needs of each individual & corporate client.
Sell the company services and maintain consistency in production.
Develop, manage and grow the key accounts in the corporate and individual market established.
Submit weekly reports and avail status updates to the unit Manager.

Qualifications and experience

Good knowledge and application of computer programs especially word, Excel & power-point
Effective communication and presentation skills with fluency in English
Successful working experience in sales, marketing, research or other relevant professions
Aged 25 years & above
