Job Title: Regional Manager

Reports to: Chief Operations Officer
Principal Accountabilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of resources at the regional level through establishing and implementing control mechanisms to deliver company agreed performance levels.
- Manage the regional Operational Business activities by;
- Delivering safety and loss reduction targets for the agreed customer base
- Ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints
- Developing and supporting strategies for billing all energy
- Develop operational budgets
- Develop short and long term plans in compliance with operational
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or related Field
- Post Graduate training in a relevant discipline
- 10 years relevant experience 5 of which should be in leadership position in a commercially driven area
