Job Title : Risk Compliance Manager
Reports : Managing Director
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a risk strategy for the company including implementation of systems , policies and procedures for the identifications
- Evaluate a regular basis the adequacy and effectiveness of controls to ensure that identified risks and appropriately motivated
- Monitor the performance of the strategic risk analysis by reviewing business plans and processes owner identity potential risk
- Participate in the formulations and reviewing business plans and process in liaison with process owner to identify pontetial risk
- Regular monitoring Evaluations and evaluation and improvements of the risk manager
- Assess levels of compliance with company policies standards , procedures and sound business practices
- Provide necessary communication instruction training ,and resources to enable the company employees to enable understanding their accountability in respect of both risk and compliance management and able effectively discharged
- Reporting
- Prepare risk and compliance reports for the board management and stake holders
Qualifications a bachelors degree in Business , commerce or law from a recognised university
- Minimum of five years working experience in compliance and risk management level in reputable organisations
- A strong understanding of risk management , internal controls
- CPA,ACII .risk management qualifications
