PRODUCT & SERVICES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
The successful candidates will demonstrate
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills which will facilitate effective working relationships

. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to recognize trends and opportunities and plan/execute action to exploit business opportunities
• Personal commitment to meet or exceed all targets and objectives
• Ability to present compelling business cases for major investment in marketing
• Ability to work with teams and lead teams to achieve business objectives
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience working with and managing relationships with external agencies and 3rd party agencies

Applicants must have
• A Postgraduate degree in IT, Marketing or Commerce
• At least 5 (five) years of relevant experience in a similar role in a fast paced telecommunications or FMCG sector
• Experience in Product based on segments’ needs development
• A good understanding of pricing and profitability models
Added Advantage
• To develop marketing communications strategy for routes to market, budget requirements and time to market
• To perform and manage the analysis of competitive services offering
• To develop strategic and tactical plans so as to achieve business objectives. Including development and implementation of product Iqunch plans and all relevant technical requirements to support product initiatives
• To adhere to the agreed UTL guidelines so as to ensure effective product planning, introduction and post launch evaluations.
• To produce reports about Product profitability reviews, KPI packs and change influences
• To embrace the principles of accelerating growth
