REPORTS TO: The Marketing Manager
JOB PROFILE:
To plan and translate the sales and marketing strategies for growth in line with the company’s performance targets.
Expand the companys coverage and market size in the region
Execute promotional strategies as laid down by the company.
Achieve sales performance indicators such as targets collections, volumes, and profits.
Establish and maintain excellent customer relations with new and old clients.
Promote good institutional image through professional conduct and integrity:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR MARKETING OFFICER
Minimum of a Dipioma in marketing, public relations.
3 years and above hands on experience in sales and marketing of medical insurance services.
Highly energetic and prepared to travel frequency:
Self starter, good team player, and good communicator.
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
Highly energetic individuals who is Computer literate.
Self starter, good team player and good communicator.
Excellent customer relations skills and willing to work for long hours
