The College of Engineering, Design, Art and Technology is looking to employe a young enthusiastic individual to work as a library assistant.
Minimum qualifications:
• Should have done and passed senior six.
• A certificate in library and information science is an added advantage.
Duties:
• Give reference services
• Do stock taking
• Do minor repairs on books
• Issue books
• Shelve books
• Do shelve reading
• Check for over due books
• Do any other duty assigned by the librarian
NB. The library has two working shifts: morning shift from 08.00 am to 05.00 pm and evening shift from 02.00 pm to 09.00 pm.
