Purpose of the Job:
The main purpose of this job is to strengthen and improve the monitoring and evaluation system within the districts to ensure that the project implementation is in line with National Strategic Plans, policies and Guidelines. This is achieved through continuously mentoring health workers and community based health structures (VHT) in data collection, records management and developing, maintaining and updating a database.
Basic Qualifications, Training and competencies
• Degree or training in Environmental health, bio-statistical analysis, data management, or relevant fields.
• Professional training in M&E and at least At least 4 years experience designing and implementing participatory project M&E systems.
• Experience in operations research will be an added advantage
