Job Title:Administrative Assistant (1)

Description: Job Description:-
• Customer service: welcome and greet clients and visitors and refer them to the right people
• Management of offi ce cleaning and making sure those Roke Telkom standards are maintained
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: drafting documents, mailing & fi ling
• Maintain hard copy and electronic fi ling systems
• Management of meeting schedules between Roke Telkom and any other companies or individuals to avoid any clashing of meetings, both physical and teleconferences.
• Handle telephones and transfer calls to appropriate
staff members
• Sign for and distribute incoming packages
• Drafting and follow up on documentation required for Roke Telkom
• Managing all offi cial communication from Roke Telkom and basic public relations
• Manage ordering and utilization of offi ce supplies
• Coordinate and maintain records for staff officespace, phones and offi ce keys, among others
• Support staff and departments in company based work
Requirements:

Prerequisites:
• Minimum 1 year experience in Administrative Assistant role
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
• Knowledge of principles and practices of basic offi ce management
• Good communication skills - written and verbal
• Planning and organizing
• Customer service orientation

Qualifications:
• A Bachelors degree
