Job Description
The Finance Manager shall have the following qualifications, skills and experience, necessary to support the meeting of the stated program objectives:
Master’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance. Accounting or other relevant held;
Eight years experience in administrative and financial management of Large international projects including experience in management oft USG projects;
Familiarity with compliance to Federal Acquisition Regulations;
Demonstrated experience and skills in developing and managing large budgets;
Proficient in relevant computer applications and databases;
Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills:
