We are seeking a dynamic, creative and self-driven person to fill the role of Health Promotions Manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 1.A degree or higher qualification related to medicine, public health or health service management.
 2.A diploma in community health and additional training in public health or health service management.
 3.Demonstrable experience/ knowledge of private health care delivery, is desirable.
 4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 5.Willingness and ability to travel upcountry.
 6.Ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
 7.Ability to analyse data and present it in a logical manner.
 8.Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to groups.
 9.Ability to develop partnerships and effectively manage and maintain them.
 10.A strong commitment to continuous learning so as to keep abreast to the latest trends in health.
 11.Strong negotiation skills.
 12.Proficiency with MS Office; especially Word, Excel, Outlook.
 13.Experience in budget management.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
 1. Develop strategic and operational plans for health promotions
 2. Develop proposals, concept papers and project plans as may be needed
 3. Develop effective channels for health education with an aim for behaviour change and health seeking
 behaviours
 4. Implement agreed strategy, projects and action plans
 5. Monitor and evaluate impact of interventions or health education
 6. Act as the project lead for agreed health education and screening activities
 7. Develop health education materials based on the latest practical knowledge, practices and
 interventions
 8. Oversee, coordinate and, where needed, deliver health talks to diverse audiences
