Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the general maintenance activities for the service level management function;
Lead the service delivery team to ensure effective and efficient operations;
Realize value and assure high availability for all installed ATC infrastructure.
Requirement:
Qualification and experience specifications
The successful candidate must have:
Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Telecommunications, Engineering from a recognized institution;
Master’s degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage;
Four (4) years experience in service level management activities;
Three (3) years experience in contractor management in telecommunications or related industry.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Network Operations and Maintenance
